      In 1932, the Belgian baker Jan Boone Sr. a caramelized biscuit with nothing but natural ingredients. He called it Lotus, after the flower that symbolizes purity. The authentic caramelised taste of Lotus Speculoos is appreciated by young and old all over the world. We are very proud of this at Lotus Bakeries.
